In Little Manila in a city that is not named, Rosario Tomas, who goes by Sari, is put in charge of her parents' restaurant Tomas Family Cafe so her parents can have a vacation. But Sari, despite being a business school graduate, is not allowed to make her own decisions or any changes. She is given a list of 72 rules she must follow. Her sisters Sam and Selene will help out.
